Feldheim is particularly renowned for her work on the 'Always Like a Girl' campaign, which Forbes recognized as the most influential campaign of the decade. Originally from Israel, she began her career as a platoon commander in the Israeli Defense Forces, which honed her leadership skills, preparing her for her subsequent corporate roles.

After 21 years in the corporate world, Feldheim embarked on a new path aligned with her background in psychology. She holds an Executive Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, specializing in Organizational Psychology, and a Happiness Facilitator diploma from the Happiness Studies Academy in partnership with Miami University. Today, Feldheim focuses on promoting heart-felt leadership centered around Purpose, Perseverance, People-first, and Positivity.
