Dr. Derrick Gay is a Diversity and Inclusion Strategist who consults with organizations, both domestically and abroad, Over the past 23 years, he has partnered with over 500 organizations across numerous sectors to deepen D&I capacity; enhance inclusion and engagement; attract, hire, and retain the best talent; and design strategy to maximize business and education goals.

Dr. Gay’s clients range from financial services to schools, orchestras and foundations, to fashion and business universities, both domestically and abroad. Recent business clients include Phantom of the Opera, Tom Ford, Columbia Business School, Grosvenor GCM, Barilla, and Business of Fashion. Recent education clients include Sesame Street, KIPP Public Schools, International Fashion Academy, Latin School of Chicago, Colegio Nueva Granada, Lycée Français de Chicago, Lycée Français de San Francisco, Francis W.
