Herbert Addison Burns specializes in manhood presentations to young men struggling with identifying manhood. Controlling lower emotions which can lead to self-destructive behavior such as drugs, violence, incarceration and the loss of career opportunities is the focus. In combination with real life experiences, Mr. Burns uses the bible as a divine voice of validation, speaking on the principles of manhood. Herbert Addison Burns has supplied well received presentations on the development of manhood to community organizations in New York city. Some of these include, the Harlem Educational Activities Fund, South Bronx Job Corps, Mt. Vernon YMCA, and BUILD just to name a few. Mr. Burns has worked in a maximum security prison as a Chaplain for the Ohio Department of Corrections along with other facilities serving the adult male inmate population with religious ecumenical services. Re-entry counseling has always been a rewarding experience for Mr. Burns. Knowing that ex-offenders have reunited with their families and entered in the workforce has provided Mr. Burns with a sense of accomplishment.

For over 25 years Mr. Burns has worked as an educator working with gangs, urban teens and young adults. His community grassroots style while teaching in an alternative learning school was instrumental in defusing the eruption of a potential gang war. Herbert Addison Burns also served as president of Friends of the Library of the Warrensville Heights Library in Warrensville Heights Ohio. He is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies.
