Planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
What is the Primary Challenge of Project Management?
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while adhering to classic project constraints—time, budget/cost, scope and quality.
Some of the projects completed by an Administrative Professional are similar to that of a Project Manager.
One specific project includes meeting coordination-planning. This project includes all of the tools needed for Project Management–scope, budget-cost, time, and quality.
Administrative professionals have the skills and abilities needed in project management. There are certifications that can be obtained through professional associations for the administrative professional who wants to move their career forward.
It takes maturity in the faith to love others. You have to be willing to put aside your own feelings about how you want to love someone and transform your mind to how God wants you to love someone.
I John 4:7-12 in the New Living Translation version reads, ""7 Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. 8 But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. 10 This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. 11 Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. 12 No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.
Love in this scripture is the Greek word – agape, which is an unconditional love. It is not based on conditions or how we feel. It is a God-kind of love. We can exhibit this love to our family members, friends, co-workers, and others we meet or God places in our path.
Love is not just a word to say, but it is an action word and we must exercise love toward others in our walk with God."
John 5:2-9 reads, "1 Afterward Jesus returned to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish holy days. 2 Inside the city, near the Sheep Gate, was the pool of Bethesda, with five covered porches. 3 Crowds of sick people—blind, lame, or paralyzed—lay on the porches. 5 One of the men lying there had been sick for thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him and knew he had been ill for a long time, he asked him, “Would you like to get well?” 7 “I can’t, sir,” the sick man said, “for I have no one to put me into the pool when the water bubbles up. Someone else always gets there ahead of me.” 8 Jesus told him, “Stand up, pick up your mat, and walk!” 9 Instantly, the man was healed! He rolled up his sleeping mat and began walking!
The paralyzed man waited for 38 years to be helped into the pool to get healed, but Jesus had him transition from sickness to healing by saying a word. The man obeyed immediately in vs 9 of the text.
Again, you can’t transition unless you move, and moving takes faith.
The man, not even knowing who Jesus is, moved on his word. What has the Holy Spirit spoken to you already? Where should you be going right now? Are you waiting for another word? Are you waiting for someone to push you into your destiny? Are you not sure God spoke to you and you want to be clear? What is hindering you from transitioning from one place in your life to the next?"
