More than ever before, there is a stifling level of mistrust between patients and HCPs. On top of that, so many HCPs are experiencing burnout and are not actually whole heartedly happy with the work they do each day. In this talk, Christina addresses the issue she calls the “trust gap” by helping HCPs create a deeper connection with patients, improve patient health outcomes, further improve the culture on their teams, and understand their own ‘whys’ so that they feel fulfilled at work, even while overcoming challenging obstacles. The ultimate goal of this talk is to help each person, and become a positively known "frequent-flyer" for their success so that as a community, we can begin turning the happiness minority into the happiness majority.
