Tiana Allen Biography

Tiana Allen is a journalist, health practitioner and owner of The Wellness Sanctuary Center for Natural Restorative Therapies.

Respectfully called "Tiana The Teacher", she earned 2 Undergraduate Degrees in Alternative Health and Behavioral Science, 3 Master's degrees, an M.Ed. in Adult Education, Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development, an M.S.-ABA in Clinical Behavior Analysis, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Organizational Psychology, and a Juris Master in American Law.

Allen is a Licensed Health Practitioner, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT/CDT), (CAADC) Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor, Anxiety Specialist, Grief & Loss Education, and Crisis Counselor.

Allen works with survivors of domestic, emotional and psychological abuse, along with families and couples. She produces a yearly event for women to discuss emotional wellness, while partnering with DMV organizations. She simply calls this event "Hey Lovely®"

Currently, Hey Lovely® offers a national, behavior based social-emotional learning mentoring program for youth aged 13-24 and young adults 25-34.

Allen also founded nonprofit organization, The Journey Institute of Wellness. TJIW, a hub for Wellness Education.

Additionally, Allen started the Creatively Successful® Consulting Firm where she consults with startup and experienced entrepreneurs.

The connections we have with others are important, but the bond between yourself and God are what turns the keys to life. Unfortunately, sometimes we latch on to people and things thinking we are filling our immediate needs, but instead it is to fill in the empty spaces in our soul. Eventually, that temporary fix that felt good in the beginning would turn into a dangerous relationship that would create an even bigger spiritual whole.
