Rhodes was recently appointed by President Biden as an Expert Member of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, where she helps influence national preservation policy. Prior to her appointments as a Rome Prize Fellow, Harvard Loeb Fellow, and board member of the International Council on Monuments and Sites, Rhodes initiated groundbreaking programs at leading preservation organizations.

Her legacy includes diversifying the preservation industry and promoting a comprehensive narrative of American history.
