Christine Stragisher Biography

Chrissy Stragisher is an entrepreneur, coach, and life strategist. For over two decades, she has influenced the lives of female athletes, everyday women, and young boys and girls through her motivational speeches, videos and training programs.

As a former strength and conditioning coach for the WNBA's San Antonio Stars, she knows first-hand what it takes to help people reach their highest potential. Stragisher has created a unique formula that unlocks untapped abilities and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge so that others can benefit from it.

She currently owns and operates two businesses, Strags Performance Training which provides strength training + life coaching to a diverse clientele of high school and adult athletes and InHERSoul Adventure Co., a container for women to better themselves using play, adventure and connection.

Prior to this she spent nearly a decade with the Stars and was in charge of the team’s strength and conditioning for 7 seasons, coaching Olympians and WNBA All-Stars during her tenure.

Over the years, she served as an assistant women’s basketball coach at St. Francis College, a D1 school in Brooklyn Heights, New York and as a personal trainer.

She’s given presentations to multiple universities, athletic departments and private programs as well as presented to an international audience. Her speeches stress the importance of physical and mental fitness for maximum results and success.
