Born in New Zealand, citizen of Australia, and now resident of the USA, Bernadette McClelland’s journey is one of resilience, reinvention, and impact. Overcoming bankruptcy and being bedridden for a year, she turned adversity into a global platform for transformation, helping leaders and teams navigate their own version of disruption with courage and conviction.
