Megan McCaleb is a masterful improv trainer, and the CEO of Improv Team Culture, with a specialty in coaching executive leadership and their teams to adopt the simple and effective principle of ""Yes, And,"" the core rule derived from performance improvisation.

McCaleb is a speaker coach for business professionals and consultants and created the Ovation Speaker Experience to help them amplify their authority and expand their impact as captivating speakers.
