Jose Pinero is a top coach and the Founder & Chief Mentor at Latino Leadership Performance (LLP), specializing in empowering Hispanic and Latino professionals through leadership development, coaching, and diversity initiatives. With over 25 years of experience, including executive roles at Microsoft and Marchex, Jose has a unique skill set in business strategy, marketing, and coaching. He has coached professionals from leading companies like Amazon, Google, and Nike, helping them achieve tangible career growth.

A passionate advocate for the under-valued, Jose is on a mission to educate, empower, and elevate 1 million Latinos by 2025. He co-founded TechPass, a platform connecting diverse college students with tech opportunities, and serves on the boards of the ICF Foundation and Hopelink. Recognized as one of the "Top 100 U.S. Hispanics to Watch," Jose holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's from Cornell University.
