Paul Artale Biography

Paul Artale, PhD. is an organizational culture expert and motivational speaker who is a high impact, engaging speaker and leadership researcher who inspires leaders and organizations to take employee culture to the highest level. Dr. Artale does this by teaching organizations to leverage strengths, build positive work-life cultures, and create disability inclusive workplaces.

Often called the “Canadian Rudy.” Dr. Artale’s was born with a physical limb difference and ADHD. Dr. Artale’s dream was to play college football. Despite being cut from his high school team, he walked on and played defensive end for the University of Toronto. Dr. Artale uses his experience of overcoming physical adversity to play college football to teach organizations how to create high performance cultures.

Dr. Artale blends his life stories, training thousands of leaders, and his research in organizational performance to create custom messages that engage, elevate, and entertain his audiences. He achieves this by providing organizations with practical tools, strategies, and processes that they can implement immediately to achieve peak performance.....and he does it in a way that is both humorous and impactful.
