Alicia Kae Miller Biography

Alicia Kae Miller is a humanitarian, empathy activist, and founder of Empathy Uprise, a social movement galvanizing humanity toward greater compassion and less hate. With travel to over twenty countries under her wing, Miller spent over three decades working in diverse industries such as aviation, investment banking, commercial real estate, and biotechnology.

After twenty-six years of employment in corporate America, Miller has learned that "empathy is inclusion, inclusion is belonging; we all want to belong." Through speaking, seminars, and training that illuminate the dark parts of our lives, she aims to shift humanity from "me" to "we" by inspiring leaders to become empathy activists in their lives, work, and community. To help spread the message, Miller is also the creator and host of Solidarists, a monthly videocast.

Miller holds an MSc in Leadership and Change from St. Edward's University and a BA in Humanities and Cultural Studies from the Dominican University of California.
