She is the author of the national best-seller The Living Workplace: Soul, Spirit and Success in the 21st Century and compiled New Beginnings – Resources for Renewal and Transition for the adult burn community.

Her programs are unique and supports holistic working environments and courageous authentic leaders in order to sustain true living workplaces where human values are as important as profit.
