Prior to founding Richard Chang Associates, Inc., a diversified performance improvement consulting, training, and publishing firm, Chang directed Corporate Training, Organization Development departments, and Human Resources functions, as well as Quality Improvement initiatives, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system implementations for mid-sized international electronics manufacturers in California. His professional experience spans operations line-management, quality/process auditing, and career development roles.
