Sherman is known for her dynamic and engaging presentations that offer success strategies to overcome obstacles, foster a more positive mindset, and reduce conflict in the workplace. Not only does she provide impactful live presentations, but she has also authored several motivational books that have been touted as life-changing. Her books include "Is There A Hole In Your Bucket List?", "Whose Comfort Zone Are You In?", "Why Settle for the Balcony, How to Get a Front-Row Seat in Life", and "Front-Row Service".

Sherman holds a degree from Washington State University and has been an Artist in Residence at High Point University. Her career began in corporate America, where she was recognized early for her leadership potential and entered into an 18-month accelerated management program. Eventually, she became a training officer, developing and delivering leadership training for a major finance company. After working for a seminar company, she founded her own speaking and training company, UpFront Presentations.
