She’s led organizational change implementations for government, higher education, and healthcare clients for more than two decades. As a creator of the global standard for change management, she leverages her expertise and experience to work with organizations to ensure successful project outcomes. Callis-Birchmeier is a Qualified Education Provider for the Association of Change Management Professionals and an instructor for PMI Training courses.
