Alice Zheng

Alice Zheng holds the position of Principal at RH Capital, a fund under Rhia Ventures. In this role, she is responsible for guiding investments in pioneering companies that focus on women's health across numerous sectors such as life sciences, digital health, and consumer health. Prior to this, Zheng was a women's health practice leader and a management consultant at the globally recognized firm, McKinsey & Company. Here, she accumulated significant experience serving a range of clients including biopharma, diagnostics, global public health, and private equity, with her focus being on R&D and commercial strategy topics.

Zheng has an extensive international professional history, having worked in both East Africa and Asia in the areas of reproductive health and family planning. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and both an MD and MPH from the University of Michigan, her educational background is as impressive as her work experience. This has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the health industry, and in particular, women's health.

Notably, Zheng is a regular speaker on FemTech and women's health innovation. This, combined with her advisory and mentoring roles within multiple women's health accelerators and forums, highlights her dedication to the advancement of this field.
