Allan Wich is a retired hotel and hospital designer with 25 years in the hospitality and institutional development industries. He is an entrepreneur having developed companies in direct sales, architecture and membership services. He is the founder of The Heart God Gave Me Project, The Wich Group and the Prospecting Mastery Institute.

He is a co-founder of Think BOLD Be BOLD Ventures and Think BOLD Be BOLD Media; business incubators to aid in the development of emerging and tenured entrepreneurs. Together the duo created the Think BOLD Be BOLD Podcast. They also share the stage as the Think BOLD Be BOLD Speaker Duo.
