Andrew Manzi Biography
Andrew was born and raised in Southeastern Connecticut. As a result of the events of 9/11, he enlisted in the US Marine Corps Infantry in 2003. Andrew deployed multiple times to Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was honorably discharged in 2007 as a Sergeant. Turbulent years followed discharge, but the pivotal moment came with his introduction to surfing on the Rhode Island coast. This new form of therapy has changed his life forever, and it is the mission of the Warrior Surf Foundation to bring this change to other veterans and their families.
