Andrew Mieure is the founder of Top Shelf Budtending, a mobile budtending, consulting and training company based in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Director Of Operations at Cannect Hospitality. Top Shelf was founded with a commitment to luxury consumption, celebrating craft cannabis and showcasing the best brands in the industry. As a Budtending Strategist, Mieure facilitates the responsible consumption of cannabis and creates intelligent budtending solutions within the retail, social consumption and nightlife spaces. He has developed the first of it’s kind “Mobile Budtending” service with forward thinking standards and practices in place for using cannabis socially. Combining existing hospitality principles with cutting edge cannabis science, unforgettable services and conscious serving practices, Mieure has created a cannabis hospitality brand which is trusted and respected worldwide.

After working in dispensaries, Mieure saw a need for safe and responsible practices when using cannabis in social settings. Over the past couple years, he has successfully served cannabis to over 10,000+ guests, at 150+ events spanning 5 legal cannabis states. He has trained with and worked alongside some of the best and brightest in the cannabis industry, judged multiple cannabis cups and continues to set many of the trends for the social use of cannabis. He has been quoted in High Times, Rolling Stone, and Newsweek, and on CNN, FOX and VICE for advice on serving cannabis to guests in wedding, event and nightlife settings. When he's not behind the bud bar serving guests, he is working with state and local governments to create standard operating procedures, safe serving practices and sensible regulations regarding the social consumption of cannabis.
