Anthony Poponi

Anthony Poponi is the CEO and founder of Focus on the 40 and is an expert in positive psychology, the applied science of human happiness. Poponi specializes in showing his audiences a path to more joy, fulfillment and success in our workplaces through live and virtual programs including keynotes, retreats and team-buildings full of actionable tools and strategies to show you and your team a path towards being happier and successful!

Poponi’s career has spanned the private, public and non-profit sector and has worked in executive and leadership roles in industries including transportation, transit, air travel, broadband, environment and wildlife, youth development and construction. His experiences shaped his purpose at Focus on the 40 and his programs solve the common challenges leaders face every day. He has coupled these personal experiences with his own research into workplace culture to craft solutions for today’s workplaces with a focus on leadership, culture, engagement, well-being and trust.

His latest book, “The Little Book of Workplace Happiness” is little because it gets to the point about what actions can have a big impact on workplace culture. His other publications include “Head to Toe Happiness,” “Stress and Resilience Guide,” “High Trust Cultures Tips & Techniques”
