Anthony Sardella

Tony is the CEO of evolve24 a real-time predictive analytics platform company that drives certainty in strategic decision making. The firm has been repeatedly ranked among the top 10 big data firms in the world by CIO Magazine for helping companies achieve enhanced growth through neuroscience-based predictive analytics. He is also on the faculty of the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis where he lectures in the graduate and executive MBA programs on making quantitative based decisions in the face of disruptive external forces shaping business strategy. He also advises on the Olin Business School Customer Analytics and Big Data Institute.

Previously Tony was the Chief Innovation and Growth Officer of Maritz Holdings where he led company innovation efforts aimed at driving profitable growth opportunities for the Maritz business portfolio. He was also a Director of market analytics at Monsanto Company that contributed to the development and implementation of strategies for faster adoption of Monsanto’s biotechnology products to deliver the promised value for consumers, farmers, shareholders and other stakeholders.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Toronto, Canada. His career of breakthrough work was honored when he was inducted as a Laureate of the Smithsonian Institute’s Permanent Research Collection in the Museum of Art and History for his “visionary work leading to significant social, economic and educational impact in the field of science.” He also became a member of the Smithsonian’s prestigious Innovator’s Network
