Ayana Parsons Biography
Ayana Parsons is an award-winning leadership expert, board & CEO advisor, public speaker, and serial entrepreneur, and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the corporate world. She is the co-founder and former General Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Fearless Funds, the first venture capital fund built by women of color for women of color-led businesses.
Over the course of her career, Parsons has held a number of entrepreneurial and corporate roles leading businesses, teams and individuals in the U.S. and abroad at Korn Ferry, Heidrick and Struggles, Procter and Gamble, and Kimberly-Clark. She and her husband co-founded management consulting firm Yardstick Management, which was acquired in 2023.
Parsons has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration, both from Florida A&M University. She completed Executive Leadership Programs at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Smith College in Massachusetts, and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
