Blake Newby

Writer, commentator, and venture capitalist Blake Newby is a longtime beauty industry expert who bridges the gap between culture and capital. After joining Essence as an intern in 2012, she rose to become the publication’s Beauty & Style Editor – writing, conceptualizing, and reporting as a beauty industry expert and brand leader.
