Brooke Baldwin

Brooke Baldwin is a best-selling author, veteran journalist, and Peabody Award finalist. She hosted her own live daily news show on CNN for more than a decade, where she was celebrated for her versatility, authenticity, and ability to connect with viewers. Baldwin is also known for her book "Huddle: How Women Unlock Their Collective Power" (Harper Collins, April 2021), where she explores the power of women coming together to provide support, empowerment, inspiration, and strength. Her work extends beyond the book as she actively hosts events and "huddles" focused on women's empowerment in partnership with media and commerce company Togethxr and corporate sponsor Buick.

During her tenure at CNN from 2008 to 2021, Baldwin covered major breaking stories across the U.S. and globally, from natural disasters and political shifts to social issues. She reported from various international locations and covered extensive ground on the Obama and Trump administrations. Baldwin's experience includes interviewing a diverse array of figures such as Presidents, former first ladies, members of Congress, and celebrities from different sectors, highlighting her broad journalistic reach.

Before her time at CNN, Baldwin developed her reporting skills at local TV stations in Washington DC, Charleston-Huntington, WV, and Charlottesville, VA. She holds a double bachelor's degree in Journalism and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Now splitting her time between New York and Connecticut, Baldwin is engaged in various activities including meditating, working out, traveling, and spending time with her family.
