Bruce Blythe

Bruce T. Blythe is the Executive Chairman of R3 Continuum, a company renowned for providing crisis management solutions globally. R3 Continuum delivers integrated services in crisis readiness, crisis response, and employee return-to-work programs. They are pivotal in assisting organizations through crises, including workplace violence, and business continuity planning, training, and exercising. The firm also specializes in defusing severe disputes and threats of workplace violence worldwide, responding to approximately 1300 workplace crises monthly across various international locations.

Previously the CEO of Crisis Management International, Inc., Blythe has extensive experience in crisis prevention and management. His firm has served hundreds of companies, including providing onsite crisis consultations following the September 11 attacks, the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, and numerous natural disasters like Hurricanes Andrew and Katrina. A certified clinical psychologist, Blythe has also been a consultant to the FBI on terrorism and workplace violence issues.

Blythe is a respected author, with his notable work being "Blindsided: A Manager's Guide to Crisis Leadership," which focuses on strategies for handling catastrophic incidents in the workplace.
