Bryan T. Siever has over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development Strategy and Organizational Culture Consulting. His expertise spans various sectors, including hyper-growth SaaS start-ups, Information Technology Infrastructure providers, 5-star/5-diamond property openings, DOD manufacturers, and B2C retail channel sales. As the CEO of Velvet Brick Selling Strategies, Siever has a strong background in building out Sales Teams, Sales Enablement Strategies, and Go-To-Market Product Release Scenarios for both B2C and B2B Sales organizations.

Siever is also a professional coach, having received his training from The Hudson Institute. The Hudson Institute is recognized as a premier professional coaching program in the United States. He holds leadership roles within Performance Development Solutions and G.U.E.S.T! Service Enhancement Training, both organizations focusing on corporate training programs and performance-based coaching.

Siever holds an undergraduate degree in Business/Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development. He has completed two years of his Ph.D. in Organizational Systems and resides in Santa Barbara, California with his wife and four daughters.
