Cameron Brink

Cameron Brink is a distinguished professional basketball player known for her time both in college and professional leagues. Brink's career kicked off at Stanford University, where her skills significantly contributed to the team's victory in the NCAA championship of 2021. Brink's tenure at Stanford was marked by a series of awards, including the Unanimous First-team All-American in 2024, the Lisa Leslie Award the same year, and the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year, also in 2024. Her talent was further recognized as she was named the Pac-12 Player of the Year twice (2022, 2024) and thrice named the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year (2022-2024).

Brink's contributions to the sport extended beyond her college years. She was a part of the United States national team, clinching two gold medals at the youth level and contributing significantly to the team's win at the FIBA 3x3 World Cup in 2023, where she was named MVP. This was the same year she was named the WBCA Defensive Player of the Year, recognized as the top defensive player in the nation. Brink's professional career began with the Los Angeles Sparks in the WNBA, having been the second pick of the 2024 WNBA draft. Her debut game on May 4, 2024, began her professional journey. Despite an injury that prohibited her from participating in the 2024 Summer Olympics, Brink's record remains impressive. She secured a significant NIL deal with New Balance, was named both the Pac-12 Player and Defensive Player of the Year in 2024, won MVP at the 2023 FIBA 3×3 event, and was honored with the CalHope Courage Award in 2022.
