Carol Grace Anderson

Carol Grace Anderson, a motivational expert and author of "Get Fired Up Without Burning Out!", has a distinctive background that includes growing up in a small 18-foot trailer surrounded by circus performers. Despite initially struggling academically, she eventually earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from New York University.

Anderson’s career has been diverse and vibrant. She spent five years teaching Life Skills and Stress Management in a New York men's prison before moving to Nashville to follow her passion for music. In Nashville, she performed alongside notable entertainers such as Willie Nelson, Roy Clark, Jimmy Buffett, Johnny Cash, and Mickey Dolenz of the Monkees. As an award-winning songwriter, Anderson has had over 40 of her songs recorded. She also boasts acting credits in films with actors like Sandra Bullock and Faye Dunaway.

Apart from her artistic endeavors, Anderson has faced significant personal challenges. She survived a level 4 tornado, overcame a mini-stroke that left her permanently blind in one eye, and endured the loss of her younger sister to breast cancer. These experiences have fueled her dynamic presentations and books, focusing on resilience, motivation, and maintaining a positive attitude through adversity. Anderson continues to inspire audiences by demonstrating how to thrive and stay motivated, even during difficult times. She actively engages in various hobbies, including music, cooking, and writing, and remains a dedicated supporter of the Tennessee Titans.
