Carolyn Ly-Donovan

Carolyn Ly-Donovan is a strategic leader with 15+ years of experience in management, higher education, research, data analysis, and customer relationships. She is currently a Culture Agent at Vega Factor, a company that provides consulting based on science and new technology to help organizations transform their culture and achieve the highest levels of performance. Equipped with a deep understanding of organizations, group dynamics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion processes, Ly-Donovan thrives at developing people and culture, and managing transformational changes.

As part of her unique toolkit, Ly-Donovan brings effective communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, the ability to influence, create clarity, and accomplish goals under circumstances of ambiguity. By actualizing advantageous partnerships where they are not always apparent, she has a proven record of magnetically building successful bridges between people, teams, processes, and organizations, resulting in optimized performance and a shared desire and focus to achieve goals.

In her free time Ly-Donovan advocates for disability awareness and accessibility issues as well as gender equity in South Dakota. She is also usually loyally cheering on the Minnesota Vikings (regardless of their record), cooking (and eating) local and sustainable food when it is possible, curling with her friends on a recreational team, or hanging out with my free roam house rabbit.
