Carter Oosterhouse is one of America’s most recognized lifestyle experts. He is best known for hosting many popular television series ranging from "Trading Spaces," "Carter Can," and "Red Hot & Green" to "Million Dollar Rooms" and "Celebrity Motor Homes." Oosterhouse is the co-host of ABC’s hit primetime series special, "The Great Christmas Light Fight."
Oosterhouse was most recently featured on two seasons of TLC's Trading Spaces reboot and is currently filming a project for Magnolia, where he is renovating his 100 year old barn. Outside of television, Oosterhouse is an authority in eco-living and spends much of his free time working with his non-profit, Carter’s Kids, where they construct safe, non-toxic playgrounds all across the US.
Oosterhouse splits his time between Atlanta, GA, and Traverse City, MI with his wife, actress Amy Smart, and their three year old daughter, Flora.
