Charisse Hughes Biography
Charisse Hughes is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for PANDORA in the Americas. PANDORA is the world's largest jewelry brand. Having been in her current position since January of 2015, Hughes has reignited the PANDORA brand to capitalize on expansion opportunities and has driven brand growth through reevaluating media spending.
Prior to beginning work with PANDORA, Hughes served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing at Estée Lauder from September 2010 to October 2014. Hughes had worked in a variety of positions during her time at Estée Lauder, including Vice President, Global Marketing, Skincare and Face, and Executive Director, Global Marketing Face & Eye Categories.
Before her work with Estée Lauder, Hughes worked at Avon as a marketing manager and a senior marketing manager.
Hughes holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Howard University, as well as an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
