Chris L. Stewart

Chris Stewart is an inspiring, insightful, impactful leader to the Black community. Currently, Stewart is the CEO and managing partner of Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys, a serious injury and wrongful death law firm. A prodigy and expert of his profession, Stewart was made partner at his previous firm at the young age of 29, where he represented over 2,500 clients and has had the Atlanta offices largest jury verdict.

He is more than just his career. Stewart is one to always give back to his community. Born and raised in South Atlanta, Stewart is extremely active in his charitable work around the area. He is co-chair of “If You Can See It, You Can Be It.”, a program focused on motivating inner city elementary school children to become lawyers. Stewart has also given his time to tutor at Perkerson Elementary School, and is currently a board member of the Southern Center for Human Rights

Stewart has represented some of the nations’s modern day civil rights movements high-profile death cases, including George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Walter Scott. Stewart does not shy away from a challenge. His confidence and leadership abilities have led him to many record-breaking successes in his career. Stewart’s great determination, dedication, and resilience to always want to win has made him, without a doubt, a beast in the courtroom.
