He performs ceremonies through his company Illuminating Ceremonies. Shelley is also available to Emcee events, offering both perfect timing and time-management skills. Shelley has officiated weddings on The Rachael Ray Show several times. He lives primarily in New York City, where he is on the board of the New York Chapter of the National Speakers Association.
