Cole Hauser

Cole Hauser is known for portraying “Rip Wheeler” in the highly popular TV series "Yellowstone" since 2018 for Taylor Sheridan and Paramount Network. He has collaborated with a range of established filmmakers over the years, including Richard Linklater, Antoine Fuqua, Gus Van Sant, and Joel Schumacher - notably garnering an Independent Spirit Award nomination for his performance in "Tigerland" in 2001, and John Singleton.

Hauser's filmography includes memorable roles in films such as "Good Will Hunting," "Dazed and Confused," "Hart’s War," "Tears of the Sun," "Pitch Black," "2 Fast 2 Furious," "The Break-Up," "Higher Learning," "Olympus Has Fallen," and "A Good Day to Die Hard." He has also starred in recent films, including "The Last Champion," "Panama," and the 2023 films "The Ritual Killer," where he played Detective Boyd, and "Dead Man's Hand," in which he portrayed Roy McCutcheon.

In addition to his acting career, Hauser starred in the police drama series "Rogue" as Ethan Kelly. In 2003, he won the Young Hollywood Award for Breakthrough Performance – Male. Outside of acting, Hauser is the face of the Professional Bull Riders league and recently directed a brand campaign that was shot during the PBR World Finals. He is also involved in charity work, notably serving on the Board of Directors for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation – a non-profit focused on providing college scholarships and education counseling to the surviving children of fallen service members.
