Colin Firth, an English actor and producer, first came into the limelight with his performance in the 1995 television adaptation of Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice," where he played the character of Mr. Darcy. This role marked his emergence as a go-to actor for period dramas, winning him much acclaim. Firth returned to the small screen in 2022 in the Max's limited series "The Staircase."
