Courtney Elizabeth Anderson, JD, MBA, MS, is known as the "Workplace Relationship Expert" and practices the "Joyful Art of Business" globally. Anderson is an attorney, author, former independent hearing examiner, internationally renowned business strategist, keynote speaker, professor, and television legal analyst. Her professional roles span a wide range of expertise, from business and legal consultancy to academia and media.

Anderson has made multiple significant media appearances on platforms such as CNN, HLN, BusinessWeek, CNN International, The Wall Street Journal Radio Network, FOX News, The HuffingtonPost, MSNBC, The Christian Science Monitor, USA Today, and other outlets. She is also the host and producer of the daily radio show and weekly television show, "Solutions…with Courtney Anderson!"

Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law, an MBA, and a Master of Science (MS) from the Texas A&M University System (Tarleton State). She has held faculty positions at the University of Texas at Austin McComb’s School of Business and is currently a Collegiate Associate Professor in The Graduate School of Management and Technology at the University of Maryland University College.
