Damon Bayles, PsyD

Damon Bayles, a clinical psychologist and executive coach based in New York City, is dedicated to aiding individuals, couples, and groups in navigating emotional and psychological challenges. He holds a BA from Brown University and a doctorate from Yeshiva University, with a pre-doctoral internship completed at Columbia University Medical Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital and post-doctoral training at Columbia University’s St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital. Bayles excels in treating mood and personality disorders and is the Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Ballast Psychological Services. He also serves as a clinical supervisor for postdoctoral clinicians, further extending his influence in the field.

Alongside his professional practice, Bayles is an international educator and lecturer for Equinox Health Clubs, their Tier X coaching program, and the Equinox Fitness Training Institute. He teaches and lectures extensively on topics such as neuroplasticity, the neurobiology of stress, mindfulness, behavior change facilitation, and setting and maintaining boundaries in professional relationships.
