Dave Chase is the CEO and Co-founder of Health Rosetta, a multifaceted platform dedicated to optimizing healthcare purchasing, quality, and experiences. Health Rosetta functions not just as a platform but also as a blueprint, derived from real-life applications, for purchasing healthcare intelligently. Chase expanded the scope of Health Rosetta by establishing the Health Rosetta Institute and the Health Rosetta Group. The Institute focuses on creating certifications that are akin to LEED certifications but for healthcare benefits, promoting better standards and practices in healthcare purchasing. Meanwhile, the Health Rosetta Group operates as a holding and investment entity committed to healthcare transformation.

Before founding Health Rosetta, Chase was the CEO and Co-founder of Avado, a digital health company that was subsequently acquired by and integrated into WebMD & Medscape. His earlier career includes stints in various startups and consulting roles, contributing to the creation and leadership of two businesses within Microsoft that achieved valuations over $1 billion. He also authored the healthcare Book of the Year in 2014 awarded by HIMSS, titled "Engage! Transforming Healthcare Through Digital Patient Engagement." Additionally, his TEDx talk, “Healthcare Stole the American Dream - Here’s How We Take it Back,” critically addresses the impact of healthcare on the American middle class and outlines transformative solutions.
