Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He specializes in aligning firm brand identity with leadership, employer brand, and cultivating a high-performing culture, emphasizing the importance of organizational capability as a competitive advantage. Ulrich has published over 200 articles, book chapters, and 23 books, including titles like "Asian Leadership," "The Why of Work," "Leadership in Asia," and "HR Transformation."
