David Cook

Dr. David Cook is the President of Mental Advantage, a firm specializing in performance enhancement based in San Antonio, Texas. He is well-known as a Sports Performance Psychologist and has extensive experience working with elite athletes across multiple sports, including the PGA, NBA, NFL, and MLB. Cook's notable tenure included serving as the "Mental Training Coach" for the San Antonio Spurs, contributing significantly to their NBA World Championship victories in 1999 and 2003. He has also worked with Olympic athletes and National Champions in the NCAA.

In addition to his work in sports, Cook has successfully applied his principles of focus, passion, and mental toughness to the business sector, enhancing performance at several Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Exxon Mobil, and Heinz.
