David Maxfield

David Maxfield is a New York Times bestselling author, keynote speaker, and leading social scientist for organizational change. He is the coauthor of three immediate New York Times bestsellers: "Influencer", "Crucial Accountability", and "Change Anything".

For over two decades, Maxfield has spearheaded research initiatives that explore the underlying factors of managerial, cultural, and operational inefficiencies. His scholarly work commenced with his doctoral studies in psychology at Stanford University. Throughout his career, his contributions have significantly enhanced organizational performance, assisting clients such as General Mills, Harvard Medical School, Pizza Hut, and Spectrum Health in bolstering their organizational effectiveness.

In addition to his teaching roles at Stanford University and the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, Maxfield has delivered keynotes at prestigious venues including Stanford and Georgetown Universities.
