David Rutherford

David Rutherford is a former US Navy SEAL, motivational speaker, behavioral training specialist, and an internationally recognized author. His best-selling books cater to both adults and children, and his dynamic approach has made him a world-champion performance coach.

Rutherford's Froglogic - Navy SEAL Motivational Training program has reached over 4 million people worldwide. His passion for teaching rests on helping individuals and organizations develop a focused approach to managing people and their mission. He engages with top companies globally, participating in over 50 events per year. His commitment is to help people embrace their fears, forge their self-confidence, and live with a purpose. In addition to his speaking and coaching career, Rutherford served 8 years in the Naval Special Warfare Community as a SEAL student, Combat Paramedic, Operator, and Instructor. He was an international training specialist for Blackwater before being recruited by the CIA as a training and curriculum specialist, deploying into high-threat areas as a close protection and security specialist. His experiences have informed his motivational strategies, known as Froglogic Concepts, which are derived from the operational successes within the UDT/SEAL community and his personal experience and research.
