I'm passionate about people. Having worked in almost 100 countries globally, I now catalyse C3 (Customer, Consumer & Client) understanding in companies, to inspire their vision and innovation, which makes their businesses grow faster.

I am one of a rare, new breed of marketer, using my creativity, technical experience and cultural sensitivity to help businesses grow, through increased attention to their customers, consumers and clients. Whether this is through improving different types of communications - advertising, packaging, websites, care centres - or developing databases of integrated information and understanding for deeper insight development, my passion remains in helping companies to increase the profitability and ROI of their customer and information investments.

Before creating C3Centricity I worked in several major companies such as Nestl, Philip Morris & Gillette, watching and listening to people on every continent; in their homes, in the streets or going about their daily lives, in order to understand their rational needs and emotional desires. I then used this knowledge to catalyse the organisations to develop customer centric strategies and to empower them with knowledge to future-proof their businesses.

After a degree in computer science from Loughborough University of Technology, I started working for a finance company in the City of London, but I soon tired of working with "virtual" products (money) and moved into CPG / FMCG. Always working regionally or globally, I quickly developed a passion for understanding people and was fascinated by identifying the similarities and differences of cultures around the world.
