Dominic Miller

Former high school and college football player Dominic Miller has faced many challenges in his life. However, he was able to finish college against all odds. When Miller was just 15 years old, he could easily have gone down the wrong path as he experienced some tough adversities he had to overcome. Despite his hard youth and having both of his parents incarcerated, he pulled through and kept his eyes on the prize. Being the first person in his family to graduate with a college degree, Miller has achieved success that goes beyond the football field.

His football career started at a young age in high school. Miller was an outstanding player at one of the top junior colleges in the nation, Blinn Jr. College, helping the team to a National Championship. Post-high school, he was a defensive lineman for the University of Houston. Being one of the strongest players on the team, he helped the University of Houston to one of its best seasons in history.

Miller has proven to be a man of determination and unyielding perseverance. Today, he shares his own life experience as a popular keynote speaker and the CEO and founder of I Am Academy. Miller is a top motivational speaker at schools and colleges, including its staff. He has a talent for connecting with children and youth, and his standing ovations do not seem to stop. Miller is on a mission to help the many young students who are experiencing the same obstacles as he did when he was their age - and to let them know that they are never alone.
