Elle Fanning started her acting career with a significant role in the film "I Am Sam" when she was just three years old. She continued to build her filmography with roles in films like "Maleficent," "The Neon Demon," and "Super 8". She won the Golden Lion at the 67th Venice Film Festival for "Somewhere" and a Spotlight Award at the Hollywood Film Festival for her role in "Super 8". She also received recognition at the Cannes Film Festival, being appointed as the youngest juror in the event's history at the 72nd annual festival.

Her work extended beyond the silver screen to the domain of television and theatre. Fanning starred in the Hulu series "The Great," for which she received nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award and four Golden Globe Awards.
