Emily Graham

Emily K. Graham is the Global Chief Equity and Impact Officer at Omnicom Group, a Fortune 250 marketing communications conglomerate.

As Chief Equity and Impact Officer, Graham advances the company’s vision to achieve systemic equity across Omnicom’s global network. A seasoned corporate communications strategist, Graham leads the strategy to engage stakeholders in Omnicom’s DE&I story and vision. Graham leads Omnicom’s OPEN team, 60 dedicated DE&I professionals responsible for driving DE&I strategy company-wide, and counsels an array of Omnicom’s largest clients on DEI matters.

Previously, Graham was at FleishmanHillard as the first Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer in the company’s 75-year history. As a recognized business leader, she was also a Senior Partner and member of the firm’s executive leadership team. In March 2020, she founded True MOSAIC, a global communication consultancy dedicated to driving DEI to the center of corporate strategy.

She currently serves as a board trustee for the Institute of Public Relations, Southern Methodist University’s Meadows School of the Arts, and Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications.

Her career ascent has been profiled by LinkedIn, Forbes, and Essence, and she has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by PRWeek and Crain’s New York Business. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma and a thought leader on the intersection of DEI and Communications Strategy.
