Eric Thomas

Eric Thomas, Ph.D., is an educator, New York Times Bestselling Author, motivational speaker, and international business consultant. Known for his books "The Secret to Success," "Greatness is Upon You," and "Average Skill, Phenomenal Will," Thomas has managed to influence a wide array of sectors with his unique brand of pragmatism. His works and speeches have made him an essential resource for many of the world's largest corporations, sports franchises, colleges, and universities.

Thomas's approach to success is not limited to the corporate scene alone. He has given motivational talks to collegiate and professional athletes, and his words have found their way into popular culture, featuring in "Intro" on Disclosure's 2013 album "Settle" and in 2017 on the intro track "Wins and Losses" of Meek Mill's album.
