Fred Reichheld

Fred Reichheld is the creator of the Net Promoter System, the founder of Bain & Company’s Loyalty Practice, and the author of several books including the New York Times bestseller "The Ultimate Question 2.0." He also penned "The Loyalty Effect: The Hidden Force Behind Growth, Profits, and Lasting Value," "Loyalty Rules! How Today’s Leaders Build Lasting Relationships," and "The Ultimate Question: Driving Good Profits and True Growth."

Currently serving as a Bain Fellow and senior advisory partner at Bain, Reichheld has been with the firm since 1977. He is recognized for his significant contributions to business strategy, particularly in the areas of customer and employee loyalty. His work has been extensively featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Fortune, Businessweek, and The Economist. Reichheld has published eight articles in the Harvard Business Review focused on loyalty. In 2012, he was selected as one of the original LinkedIn Influencers, an invitation-only group comprising corporate leaders and public figures who are thought leaders in their fields.

In 2003, Consulting Magazine named him one of the world's “25 Most Influential Consultants.” Celebrated for bringing loyalty economics to prominence, as noted by The New York Times, and dubbed the “high priest” of loyalty by The Economist, Reichheld holds a BA (1974) and an MBA (1978), both from Harvard University. He resides in Cape Cod and Miami, and continues to share his insights at various major business forums globally.
